Part three of Josh’s series on John and Paul is up. Today’s discussion focuses on the ways in which the two continued to inform and inspire one another’s life and music even after the “divorce.”
Up next: Josh’s analysis of the Idiots. While the rest of the Slate-reading world bemoans the shift from the Beatles to a couple of no-name, two-bit, barndwelling publishers, we’re anxious to see what conclusions Josh will draw about us from his months of observation. This time next week, Robbi and I should know ourselves better than we do right now. Sometimes self-knowledge is a good thing and sometimes it’s difficult to swallow. What does our story look like in the hands of a master? We’ll find out soon. It’s a little bit like standing on the high-dive. Those butterflies. That knowledge that something exciting–and terrifying–is about to happen.
We’ll let you know when it’s posted.
