Yesterday was August’s one-month birthday. And today Kato turns two (though, as far as he knows, he doesn’t turn two until Friday, when grandparents will be back in town. We will post photos of the party when it happens. Jell-o cake will surely be served.)
In the meantime, August has grown into a wide-eyed little slug. He bears a surprising resemblance to his siblings at this age. Big heads, black hair, slanty eyes. Given how Alden and Kato turned out, we have no idea what August will look like in a couple years. And given how I consistently confuse baby pictures of all three, I apparently have no idea what he looks like now.
