Our tracking software tells us that Friday afternoon is one of the least busy times on this blog, so perhaps I am shouting to the great emptiness. But if anyone is paying attention, I have two things to say:

1) The AKMBRAD contest will end at the stroke of midnight tonight. We will announce the winner tomorrow.

2) Robbi’s custom illustration auction currently stands at $71, which is, I must say, a HUGE BARGAIN. If you were a fancy magazine (or even a semi-fancy magazine), Robbi would charge you no less than $500 to draw a picture according to your whim. If you were a private citizen, say an opthamologist or a gym teacher looking for a clever Christmas present for a loved one (or a really lowbrow magazine), Robbi would charge you at least $250!. This is my way of saying that there is still a huge bargain on the table for those of you who grinning with smug satisfaction.
