This week’s auction might be the least-loved auction item of all time. Why? you may wonder. Well, it’s weird. It’s a weird monkey-man sort of thing chasing a tank sort of thing. Yes, that’s what it is. There’s really no other explanation, though several Bobbledy Club members gave it their best shot.
I’m really not sure why anyone would actually want this one. Secretly, I was hoping it would be the first to go for $.01, but apparently there are two people in the world who would like to buy it for slightly less than the cost of a high-end sandwich and a low-end drink.
The auction ends Sunday at 12:30PM EST. If you’d like to up the ante to the cost of a high-end sandwich and a high-end drink, PUT YOUR BID IN HERE.
The silly-walk monkey man went for $56, which would buy several high-end sammies, and I must note, is only $10 less than the final bid for “A Beaver’s Gotta Dream” which was probably the most adorable auction item (so far!).
I’ve bid on most of the auction items, and was sure I’d finally win one this week–my bid of $8 held steady for days!–but alas, it was not meant to be.
