The title of the post says it all. Robbi and I will be posing seductively among our various books and other products at the Baltimore Book Festival this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The festival is an open-air event in Mt. Vernon, a picturesque part of town.

The festival promises large crowds but several new challenges. For example, since books and potential rain don’t mesh well, we will be in a tent. Because tents can be rather dim, we will be hanging lights. Because there’s no way that we’re going to completely dismantle our elaborate setup every night, we will be trusting that roving bands of brigands don’t come through and loot our stacks of The Baby is Disappointing in the wee hours.

The weather app seems to suggest warm days and rainlessness, but one never knows. Wish us luck. Or, better yet, come join the fun.
