    One of the many things I love about having Anna in our home is how cozy life seems so much of the time. This picture of Alden is a perfect example of cozy family life.

    You heard it here first, folks: if you want to cozy up your home, you can either redecorate…or have a baby.

    We’re trying to do both and renovate our kitchen before the baby arrives in 6.5 weeks or so. Not a recommended strategy for increasing coziness. On the other hand, we should have a nice kitchen for you to hang out in when you come for a visit!

    As I see it, cats make dander, fur balls, and smelly litter boxes. But I will admit that, in rare moments (in certain kinds of soft, warm light), they can be somewhat tolerable.
