I freely admit that I have long since fallen off the Pirates of the Caribbean bandwagon (wait – does that mean I couldn’t stop myself from watching them, or that I couldn’t stand to keep watching them? It’s the latter, anyway…) in spite of their moments of spectacular special effects wizardry (I was quite fond of Davy Jones and his beard).

In this interview at the premiere of the latest Pirates installment, I must say that Kermit the Frog totally outshines the Hollywood crowd.

Let’s give that frog a regular gig.

And, btw, I realize I’m totally ridiculous and out-of-touch for loving the frog more than I love Johnny Depp or Keith Richards. Call me shallow, but it might be because he’s kept his looks better than either of them.
