Here we are, chiming in at the eleventh hour to remind you that we will be at the Small Press Expo in Bethesda, Maryland this Saturday and Sunday (Sept 14-15). We’ll be there from 11-7 on Saturday and noon-6 on Sunday.

SPX is a fantastic collection of people who make or love beautiful, interesting, inventive comics, books, zines, and other printed matter. Major publishers such as Fantagraphics, Pantheon, First:Second, and Top Shelf will be there with their latest titles, but the real fun is perusing the acres of tables by independent publishers to see what amazing things can spring from the minds of people with no restrictions but the limits of their imagination. This will be, apparently, the largest SPX to date, so come early and bring a large bag. If you love books, it’s almost impossible to not go a little crazy strolling the aisles at SPX.

Robbi and I will have two tables for the first time—one for our Idiots’Books stuff and another for our Bobbledy titles. We will be debuting the Chronicle version of Ten Thousand Stories, so be sure to come by and get one of the first signed copies available to the public.

We hope to see you there!
