I was driving through Kennedyville around 9:00 last night and took this shot of the road. I post this in open defiance of those of you who seem determined to thwart my most recent hobby.

Ok, you probably have a point. It’s probably not the safest enterprise. But look how the road shimmers green where it hits the headlights. Look at the tiny bright emergence of the oncoming car a half a mile distant, appearing at the vanishing point, still just a wobbling burst of white in the center of all that blackness.

Next week, I promise I’ll get obsessed with something safer. Like taking pictures of what I see when lying on the couch. Next week.
