Sometimes I wonder if Alden and Kato are related. Alden is fierce, independent, stubborn, energetic, and a critic. Kato is sweet, jolly, curious, open, (okay, also stubborn), and a crowd-pleaser. Though they do pretty much everything together, they have entirely different approaches. It’s lots of fun to watch. But I really wonder where they came from, how they can be so different. If we hadn’t been the only people in the maternity ward both times we had babies, I would think one or both of them had been switched at birth.
But then, their flashes of similarity shine through.
Clearly, they are their father’s children.
